If this were a poll, I would vote for "PLAN." There is more than enough quotes about population reduction going back some decades.

Absolutely.  I especially feel that way because of a couple of points.  First of all, the WHO is pushing their swine flu vaccine, which most people do not want to take, and I think I read a figure yesterday that half of Ukrainians said no to it.  Then, you have this outbreak of whatever it happens to be, and the WHO and Ukraine's government is trying to spin it as swine flu, despite different symptoms.  The vaccine is not guaranteed to work, and on top of that there have been some awful side-effects from taking the vaccine.  Then you have the reports of the Israeli microbiologist who warned against such an illness intentionally being released in UKRAINE, and consequently is arrested and put away in a mental facility which denies having him there as a patient.  And then, you have reports of planes flying and spraying a substance over Ukraine just days before people began falling seriously ill, and then we see the same thing in Poland as now people are falling ill with the same thing, whatever it may be.  And now, with reports of spraying over England, I am curious to see if we will hear of the same illness popping up over there in a few days.

As I mentioned in another thread, between this, the swine flu, the mutated cold virus, and then all of the economic problems, plus shortages of certain foods, it sounds as though things are getting perfectly set up for the third and fourth Seals of Revelation.
