Board Hiccups?

Since this morning, I have had problems with these "hiccups". I click on a thread and it seems things just jump around and take a few seconds to settle down to see the thread I clicked on. I don't remember this before.
Just wondering if it may just be my computer or if anybody else is having this problem.
